Availability & Processing
In-stock wigs are prepared for dispatch as soon as possible. If your selected length is not currently in stock, it will be ordered from our supplier once your order is confirmed. Please allow approximately 3–5 business days for the wig to reach us, after which it will undergo a quality check and be prepared for dispatch. Courier delivery time applies separately and varies according to destination.

Care
To keep your Nkwenkwezi Studio wig looking its best, gently detangle before washing and use a mild, sulfate-free shampoo with lukewarm water. Allow the hair to air-dry where possible and always use a heat protectant before applying heat. Store your wig on a wig stand or in its satin bag when not in use.
